Dr. Jacobs is quite thorough in his explanations regarding infertility. He spends as much time as needed to explain all available courses of action. It's an HONEST evaluation of where you both are and what can be done. He's at the leading edge of technology and his nurses are simply wonderful. We miscarried a few times and Dr. Jacobs and staff kept moving us forward with other options. Our first was a Clomid/IUI baby (first try) and our second came out of the blue even after my blood level numbers were indicating no second would be had. Dr. Jacobs still encouraged us to try it naturally before a round of IVF and voila! Number 2 came along. Remember, you're not going for friendship or approval - just competent medical help in getting a healthy baby. Dr. Jacobs and his staff will provide that.
