Dr.Jacobs is an excellent amazing doctor. Our dream came true thanks to him and now we have a healthy baby boy. He is very caring doctor. He always responds to the emails in matter of minutes even on weekends. I would highly recommend him to everyone. We will go back to him again. more

Dr.Jacobs is a very caring and compassionate doctor who spoke candidly and professionally regarding our situation from beginning to very successful conclusion. Our baby is due June 2015! I had such a wonderful experience with dr. Jacobs and his staff. He is an excellent fertility specialist and was always reassuring during my many sad moments. I felt so comfortable with everyone in the Crystal Lake office and hate to leave now that I am 9 weeks pregnant. I am very grateful that my Gyn, Dr Perlis recommended him for me. more
