We listed our house with BEO and had 3 offers the first weekend. For reasons that had nothing at all to do with Ed and his service, those didn't work out, but we reactivated our listing and it only took a couple of weeks to get another good offer that did. Throughout, the process went very well and Ed was remarkably responsive ... I'm not sure they ever sleep over there. Fantastic deal and I heartily recommend them to anyone.
