HORRIBLE! We constantly have to have them come out to fix their equipment. We pay a yearly maintenance fee for them to keep their equipment up to date and working properly yet it seems to break monthly if not more often. \r

Their service is spotty. The Picture freezes even though you can hear the sound for minuets at a time. The sound cuts out and the picture keeps going for minuets at a time. The routers fail all the time. The internet is horrible even though we pay extra to make it better. \r

We had them come out only a week and a half ago only to have the service go out again last night. They couldn't reach the route supervisor to come out the same day so they will not be out until Thursday (2 days later) because they only have someone on site 3 days out of 7. They also could not reach the IT department to have them check their system, it seems every time the come out the guy calls their IT department and they flip some switch to make it work properly. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they also were not available. It was only 330 in the afternoon and the entire building seemed to be missing! I asked that someone call me back which of course they did not. \r

In San Bruno you can have San Bruno cable or Satellite. It looks like we will be going to San Bruno cable.
