Serious Billing Issues! Like other reviews above, I went in with a minor staph infection inside my nostril. I had a scope stuck up my nose, everything else was fine, got my little cream prescription, paid my copay, and went about my day. Later on I get a bill for $350 because United Health Care considers the scope a ""surgical procedure"", and the doctor's office would not change the billing code. What's more, the doctor refused to even write a letter saying that this was a typical treatment/exam. Basically I got screwed over by both this awful doctor & insurance. NEVER GO HERE!
