My doctor is a good one. Not great. The support staff here is awful though. They aren't friendly and they don't follow through. Case in point. I called to have my Rx renewed because I had unexpectedly run out of medicine. \r

They said they would call my pharmacy with the Rx. They did not do this and now I am having withdrawal symptoms. Renewal shouldn't be this much of a hassle as I've been taking the medication under physician supervision for 3 years. \r
