I towed my car in yesterday 12/20/2013 for service . My car has the extended warranty and the service consultant Justin Slogar kept arguing with me that I have no extended warranty but finding out after 45 minutes that he entered the wrong Vin number ""go figure"". I got the service papers and the rental request to which is covered under my extended warranty. I went to get my rental and I gave them my insurance ,driver license and credit card. The person at the rental desk tells me that I'm restricted from the rental and this needs a manager approval and he told me the manager is out now and should be back in 10 minutes. I waited almost one hour and 15 minutes for he majesty to get back . The person at the rental calls me to go at see the service manager Jose Fernandes. I went to his office and I asked him what seems to be the problem and why I am restricted from getting my rental . He would not explain why and kept telling me you are restricted with a bad attitude and hand gestures, then he asked me to leave his office cause he does not want to help me.\r I bought from this dealership two BMW in 2011 and do you think I will be back ,NO""\r I believe someone at this dealership should look into Jose fernandes attitude and teach him service manners and etiquette to how to deal with customers . I will be talking to my lawyer in regards to him breaching my contract on car rental .\r \r Happy holidays,\r \r K M more
