I've been going to Auto Tech Centers for 27 years. I know the manager well, and I know they do good work. If there is ever a problem, they will admit the mistake and correct it until it's done properly. We once had a problem after an oil change. It didn't hurt the car at all, but the manager accepted the responsibility and gave us our next change free of charge.
