Manager & mechanics were thorough & efficient. I thought I may have needed brakes, but manager showed me rotors and convinced me that it was not immediately necessary.

Repeat customer, great experience! 2/17/2014

I have been to goodyear twice in the last month with tire issues and both times I have been so impressed by how nice they were and how quickly the work was done. Rich was very helpful and professional. I won't take my car anywhere else. more

Honest, efficient and straightforward 1/21/2014

I've been with the same Auto Tech Centers, Inc. for over 20 years. I've continued with them mainly because of my experience with one or two individuals who have been at the Crystal Lake location long-term. They are always straightforward, always direct and honest. I've been very impressed with them over the years. I would only recommend the Crystal Lake location, because that's the one I have experience with. I suggest you ask for Bob in particular. Explain what's wrong with your car, and he'll give you honest feedback. more

I have been dealing with Bob from Auto Tech for about 25 years now and if he was not as good as he was I would have stopped frequenting his establishment a long time ago. I trust him and he trusts me and that's why we get along so well. He's a great guy and provides an even better service. more
