Great product line, kind staff, but Gary (the owner) is very unpleasant to deal with. When you are spending money, Gary is great. As soon as you have an issue with anything you have purchased, however, he becomes cold, irritable, slow in getting back to you (if he gets back to you at all). Waiting for Gary to call you back, deal with an issue, or just treat you civilly is next to impossible. He simply knows that he is the only game in town and takes full advantage.
