I made an appointment with David a couple weeks ago. The appointment was supposed to be today at 10 am. I figured he may have forgotten (it was 10:30 am), since some time had passed since we spoke. However, I called him today, and he denied that we ever spoke, let alone made an appointment. He claimed that he wasn't making any appointments until after the first of the year. He wondered if I had mistaken him for another company, but I have his number in my phone (from the first time we spoke) and an email confirmation. My suggestion is that rather than assuming the customer is wrong, check your records first.
