This place has terrible customer service. I called and was told to send pictures of my dining set and they'd decide if they wanted to take it. I drove all the way to Cool Springs with the pictures (I wasn't able to e-mail them) and they said they'd take it and I just needed to schedule a pickup time. When they came to pick up, the guys on the truck were very rude and abrupt: ""No we won't take this, oak isn't selling right now."" What?!? I called to complain and was completely blown off. If you have something to consign, don't waste your time with these people. Regardless of what they think, customer service is still part of the deal.
