This place has terrible customer service. I called and was told to send pictures of my dining set and they'd decide if they wanted to take it. I drove all the way to Cool Springs with the pictures (I wasn't able to e-mail them) and they said they'd take it and I just needed to schedule a pickup time. When they came to pick up, the guys on the truck were very rude and abrupt: ""No we won't take this, oak isn't selling right now."" What?!? I called to complain and was completely blown off. If you have something to consign, don't waste your time with these people. Regardless of what they think, customer service is still part of the deal. more

Best Consignment experiance I've had. 1/24/2011

I've been trading with Finders Keepers for 15 years. From furnishing my first out of college apartment to consigning furniture as I re-decorated. I have also traded with all the other consignment shops in town. I have found Finders Keepers the most honest and easiest to deal with by far. The fact that they pick up furniture you want to sell puts them ahead of the others. As far as selection, you just have to visit regularly because they are constantly getting new items. more

Excellent service experience 3/23/2008

We are new home owners and have looked multiple places for furniture. We purchased a study table about four months ago from Finders Keepers store in Coolsprings. It was delivered on time and with great care as it had to make its way up through a narrow staircase. But this review is not about that. Pros: Service more

Great Experience 1/7/2008

Worked with the Finders Keepers in Cool Springs and couldn't be happier. The furniture is high quality and looks amazing in my new home. Could be happier. Also, they were genuinely concerned with helping us find what we needed. Loved that we could do consignment or brand new pieces. more

Unbelievable bargain 1/6/2008

I stumbled upon Finder's Keepers one Saturday and left with a truckload of furniture AND money in my pocket. The wonderfully helpful staff assisted me in choosing just the right pieces but were never pushy. Just a small delivery fee and they had it all to my house the next day. I've already been back...you will too. Pros: Price, selection, staff, location Cons: none more
