Simple oil change - everyone in the building said good morning. They inform you casually of things you might consider fixing (nothing during this visit) but they don't hard sell you like other places. For instance they may say, "you should consider changing your serpentine belt during one of your next oil changes or within the next six months. Gives you time to save for it or get a second opinion. Other shops would have tried to convince you to change it immediately. I've been going to associated for 13 years for service, I've used other shops if associated was too busy - or there price was significantly higher (seldom the case), I've never felt that I was getting taken advantage of or mislead. Other shops I've felt they are constantly trying to soak you for unnecessary or rushed maintenance in addition to what you came in for.
