They are always friendly. Two of my vehicles limped in there this month. They tell me what is wrong and give me the options. When they're done, they're done. I usually only need the oil changes regularly because after they fix my vehicle and have thoroughly checked it over, I trust the next several times I will be seeing them only for oil changes. more

Great job 3/16/2014

I took my truck in for oil change and brake job all the way around. They found the outer tie rods were sloppy and I had them replace them too. This is not my first visit with Associated and not my last. :) more

I have done business with this firm for 20 years and never, let me say again, never, have I had an issue that they did not resolve to my complete satisfaction, with one exception and that is...I have never seen a maple frosted, sweet cream filled long jon next to the free coffee they provide. more

Customer Focused 12/31/2013

Simple oil change - everyone in the building said good morning. They inform you casually of things you might consider fixing (nothing during this visit) but they don't hard sell you like other places. For instance they may say, "you should consider changing your serpentine belt during one of your next oil changes or within the next six months. Gives you time to save for it or get a second opinion. Other shops would have tried to convince you to change it immediately. I've been going to associated for 13 years for service, I've used other shops if associated was too busy - or there price was significantly higher (seldom the case), I've never felt that I was getting taken advantage of or mislead. Other shops I've felt they are constantly trying to soak you for unnecessary or rushed maintenance in addition to what you came in for. more
