My girlfriend and I recently rented a townhouse from Onyx Management Group and I must applaud the entire team, from the leasing agents Michael and Irina, but more so the service personnel. As with many move-ins, there are issues that surface, usually the day you move in. For us that was over the weekend which presents another challenge for ""non-emergency"" issues. We had a problem with our carpet that prevented us from putting any furniture on it until it was fixed. Only having a two-day window to move, this was essentially a ""non-emergency"" emergency for us. We also had a series of leaky faucets and toilets. One phone call with Christine and within hours a carpet guy and plumber showed up and fixed everything. I didn't get their names but I would like to thank them for their courteousness, professionalism, and proficiency in which they completed the maintenance requests. I hope we don't have any other issues but if we do, I know they will be addressed promptly. Thank you and I look forward to at least a year of renting from Onyx Management.
