I was very appreciative of Mike, Katie and Gavin for all of the help that was provided. Gavin gave me a ride to my residence to jump a dead battery, luckily the car started without a jump. I drove my car to the dealership and Katie had a technician check the battery and was able to fix it. Thank you to Mike, Gavin, Katie.
