DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - I recently made this mistake and as a result I was charged $545 for a clogged drain. Two weeks later I had the exact same issue and called them back for their ""warranty"" support. They came back out and proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay an additional $400 to get the drain unclogged....Not willing to be burned twice I called a different plumbing service (Plumb Perfect) They cleared the drain and got it back in working order within 10 minutes of being onsite. I called Roto-Rooter to discuss the issue with management and spoke with a very nice receptionist. She was very apologetic and said she would have her manager call me back that day or the next morning. To date I still have not heard from this person. SO basically I just got ripped off and have no remedy. I have since spoken with several people since this issue happened and have heard nothing but bad stories about Roto-Rooter. I am being told that they work on a commissioned based pay structure and as a result it is in their best interest to look for ways to try to run the bill up with unnecessary services. So again, save yourself the stress and heartburn associated with this company and go elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
