Years ago, I had a spot on my rug that would not come out. Murray, who is now the owner of General Cleaning and Restoration, came out and was doing research on the kind of carpet. I met him back then and later saw that he started his own business. When I had a very dirty carpet that needed cleaning, I called him. He did a really good job!
