I emailed Alex pictures and a list of spare parts needed, he ordered them, and the job was done quickly at the scheduled time. I had one question on the bill. Before the billing lady could hang up the phone Alex is out there explaining the bill- and of course it was right, and he had done more work than I asked, to my benefit. Love it- no wasted time. Besides good technical capability, I like the efficiency. I also appreciat your service pick-up hours go to 7 pm. Rental car guys are always pleasant and efficient....and sometimes they get some difficult customers. There was one lady in the night I dropped off my car having a fit for getting a Camry and not a loaner Mercedes. Really? The guys were very professional in spite of the drama and disrespect, and the fact that she backed them up 3 customers deep.
