I needed urgent service on my '07 S550. \r
So when I called the scheduling department, I was ready for the run-around. Very tricky...they gave me an immediate appointment, at a time that fit my schedule. On top of that, the scheduling person was pleasant and professional. \r

Of course, I was suspicious. \r

Then, when I brought the car in, Ed Salwan, my service advisor, was also pleasant and professional. \r

Now I was really suspicious.\r
\r
Then these guys pulled a real fast one: The loaner car team got me a nice (new) car...right away...no waiting. C'mon. I wasn't born yesterday. \r

To top it all off, the service was performed at a high quality level, promptly, and at a fair price.\r

Somebody should report these guys!
