I would NOT recommend Castle Dental to anyone; they are a “chain” and run like one. I have been a patient with Castle Dental for ~5 years. I have had a wide range of experiences with them as dentist and assistants have cycled through the office (high turnover is never a good sign). Overall, my experiences have been poor to mediocre. General issues I have had are: scheduling issues, I have never received a call back from a message that was left when the receptionist didn’t answer the phone, poor x-ray quality and technicians, rushed dentist visits (not thorough exam). I have been too lazy to switch, but I have had enough and am searching for a new dentist in the area.
