This location is awesome! Normally, I would avoid small group training gyms since I want a higher level of fitness and strength training. The Medford location supplies this. The trainers are great at meeting the specific needs of the clients. I have seen a lot of trainers that have no idea what they are doing... just look at your local gym and you will be sure to find at least a few. The trainers at GISFW -Medford know what they are doing and have great backgrounds in the field. I trust them to give me a challenging and SAFE workouts. I was recommended here by a friend and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive community gym with educated trainers and a custom work out. Its a more wallet friendly option than person training and it will help you reach your goals if you just show up and listen. Nutrition counseling is also available. I cannot speak for all GISFW locations as it is a chain, but Medford is great!
