My comment is 5-star all the way. I have nothing but good to say about Burkett's product and business ethics. Long story short, initially, I called 3 company's for estimates for our re-plaster, all three were to have sales reps return our call within 24 hrs, Burkett's was the only one to do that, the other reps called 3 and 5 days later. Every contact with Burkett's from day one has been professional, they have always been prompt in returning calls any time I had questions. Every step of the process was on point, Janine, Jeremy, the plaster crew, Shaun, Whitney, Megan, AJ and Pablo and his partner were all a part of making our Burkett's experience a very good one. Thank you to all of you. We did, however, have a problem because we didn't have Burkett's do the start-up after the re-plaster. We had the pool service company that we had for 4+ years do it, we also bought/had installed all new pool equipment from them.. At the time we wanted to give them our business. Having them do
