My last visit did not go as smoothly as usual - the shuttle driver left without me (even after telling the customer service rep that I would be in the bathroom for a few minutes and to not leave without me). Then I never got a call to say my car was ready for pick up, so I spent hours more time waiting for the service to be completed than I needed to - I only found out it was done because I called the dealership myself to find out why it was taking so long.
