SPEED & FLEXIBILITY 3/25/2014

Passing by on US 80 on the way to Tahoe, I stopped to see if they could perform my first service on my new Jeep Trailhawk. Out an back on the road in less than an hour and the first service is free. WOW! more

The customer service that I received from Ray was good. Just didn't expect my car to be in there for so long, almost a full week. And it still not functioning as best as could be. But Ray was really good at keeping me up to date on what was happening with my repair. more

Hilltop Service Is Awesome! 3/3/2014

I recently purchased a Used car from a dealership in Vallejo, a Kia dealer nonetheless, but it is a Dodge Dart. When I got the car home, I started having issues with dashboard lights. Things that the other dealer should have fixed before they allowed it to roll off their lot. I immediately took it to Hilltop and was amazed by the service I received. Even though the car did not come from their lot. They fixed multiple issues and even put me in a rental for the whole time they had my car. Ray is awesome! One of the nicest people I have met. He has been very helpful during this whole ordeal. When he is not available, the Service Manager Mark has also been equally as awesome! I have complete faith in this Service Team! more
