We have purchased four automobiles from Hannah Dealerships and three Acuras. Experience up to now has been good, but never had major problems with any of the vehicles we purchased from them. That is up to our '13 MDX. We experienced issues with the power steering system and blue tooth connections to our phones. Major work was authorized and performed by Hannah on the MDX to resolve a issue with the power steering but was not resolved. The management said they would stand behind us but we realized they meant, way behind us. Even though Acura authorized hundreds of dollars in repairs that did not fix anything, they then claimed the problem is a ""Characteristic"" of the vehicle. Dealership said they would make sure we were happy. They said they would trade in the seven month old MDX for about 2/3s of the original sale price. Good deal for them, not for us.\r

Last Acura/Honda product we buy and definitely no other business with any Hannah dealerships. \r
