Surpirsed how easy it was! 4/9/2014

Having not purchased a new vehicle in over 15 years, my wife and I were not looking forward to the traditional car-buying experience. We were pleasantly surprised when we began our car shopping experience with Justin and Mark, just how easy today’s car-buying experience can be. After a quick test drive of an RDX during the 2014 Portland Auto show, the remainder of our dialogue was strictly via email. Justin/Mark were prompt and courteous in responding to our man email questions. Our next in-person contact with those gentlemen was when we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new vehicle. From start to finish we were in and out without our new car! THANK YOU! more

I drove all the way from Lebanon Oregon 9/8/2011

Anthony Scigliano upon calling Acura of Portland the first time Anthony took his time in explaining deals and information about the car I was interested in, which made me more interested. This was the reason why I drove all the way from Lebanon Oregon. My experience at Acura of Portland and Anthony was great; I will recommend this dealership and Anthony to my friends and co-workers! more

One of the best dealerships in Pacific NW 4/6/2011

Good: Working with Duane Phillips was one of the most positive experiences I have had with a car salesman (and I've dealt with many!) Duane did not waste my time, was always straightforward and professional, and you always felt you were getting a fair deal. I know Duane has had many years of experience in the industry and I think it would be very effective to try to leverage Duane in a training/mentoring role so that others salespeople learn how to effectively work with the public.. Other: Duane truly makes the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. You would do well to interact with Duane when shopping for a car!. more

Working with Sandy Silva (and her partner / co worker Duane Phillips) has been delightful. (Hannah employees) They were straight forward in their negotiations with us courteous and are very knowledgeable. The vehicle was ready for us (with the extra items we asked for) wtihin 24hours.
