I just moved out in October. I reluctantly fulfilled the one year lease but wanted out so bad. I was too not told I would have to put down a $200 utility deposit before accepting. There are also sex offenders living in this complex. Management never disclosed such information knowing I would have a small child living with me. They have very goofy policies they do not disclose with you. A lot of hidden fees. They do not hesitate to tow resident cars off the lot before their posted time on lot clearing days. As a resident, I was charged over $200 dollars for the tow. \r

After moving out they charged me carpet cleaning fees, when they never shampooed the carpet before I moved in. There was dog hair still imbedded in the carpets. Also charging me outrageous cleaning fees when the place was clean upon move out! When doing maintenence tasks, they do not bother to check or follow through with the work done and is left incomplete. DO NOT sign a lease with these thieves! You will regret the time and money you will have wasted.
