Carver Ridge Townhomes

This place is the worst place I've ever subjected myself and my family to. The manager Kim l, is the most useless thing since single ply paper plates ! She never responded to phone calls, never in the office and has never ever come through the property to see what's going on. I've had to call the police so many times that they actually told me to stop calling because the management company was not doing anything about the noise complaints. I've always paid my rent on time, not a single issue with that, however I was told on a Thursday afternoon by management that I was moving to the top of the list for a 3 bedroom and Saturday during non business hours I received a noticed on the door stating their not renewing my lease for June and today is March 15th. \r This was management being spiteful because I filed a complaint with the city because they were not maintaining the parking lot for ice & snow removal as well as never uncovered the file hydrants and placed all the snow in the FIRE ZONE area in case of emergencies our building which sits side ways, would not be able to be reached. I asked repeatedly for this to be taken care (7 times) directly to manager Kim and nothing got done. Spoke to CADY MANAGEMENT directly and the next day it was done! \r This manager has her ""baby daddy"" learking around, dumpster diving through peoples personal garbage and the maintenance staff is useless and creepy. They've had high level sex offenders living here without notifications as well as multiple drug raids and warrant searches.. This is not a place to raise your family, by any means. Its too bad because with proper management, this could be a great place. more

I just moved out in October. I reluctantly fulfilled the one year lease but wanted out so bad. I was too not told I would have to put down a $200 utility deposit before accepting. There are also sex offenders living in this complex. Management never disclosed such information knowing I would have a small child living with me. They have very goofy policies they do not disclose with you. A lot of hidden fees. They do not hesitate to tow resident cars off the lot before their posted time on lot clearing days. As a resident, I was charged over $200 dollars for the tow. \r \r After moving out they charged me carpet cleaning fees, when they never shampooed the carpet before I moved in. There was dog hair still imbedded in the carpets. Also charging me outrageous cleaning fees when the place was clean upon move out! When doing maintenence tasks, they do not bother to check or follow through with the work done and is left incomplete. DO NOT sign a lease with these thieves! You will regret the time and money you will have wasted. more

Never have I experienced such poor management in my life. Dog poop EVERYWHERE even though they make you sign a paper saying you will have a fee if you don't keep your dog on a leash, dogs were running around everywhere. The smell of dog poop over powers the air outside. One person who is the secretary is very nice but the manager is rude and cold and does not care about the tenants only money. neighbors look at you like you are an alien if you don't look like them (white) not friendly at all, did not make me feel welcome not one bit. more

I can't tell you how TRUE the bad reviews are... Always changing policies with out notice. The grounds are always dirty. LAZY, uncaring, and disrespectful management. The worst maintenance. The same problems month after month. They seriously border on being slumlords. Integrity management is now Cady management but its the same old crap. Carver ridge, aspen oaks, etc... STAY AWAY. So much more to tell but I gotta find a new place to live... you've been warned! more
