We had some cracking in the finishing that required more work--chipping and stuff. Sundek of Washington came back and fixed it for more money. Right now, we're still holding out. My architect got involved to assist in planning what would be the best way to fix the repairs. We worked out those details and the repair was done.
We're still excited about our deck. It did get wet when it rained and became slippery, so they had to come out and apply another application. I think some of these things should have been thought through prior to application.
It appears to be good product, though, and we would like to continue to use it. The product should always be incorporated into the new concrete and not after the concrete has cured for best results.
