We had our pool deck resurfaced in 20001 and have had Sundek fill in cracked areas in the concrete a few times since then. Everyone likes the look! 11/20/2013

We had a concrete surround at our pool level. (20001) It was cracked and spawling and also had shifted levels between several plates. Sundek came in and levelled the surround and created a lovely brick surround. No one knows its not brick! The servicemen have been polite, neat and very professional. The manager/owner Armando is wonderful. He personally has visited our residence and inspected the work. We rrecommend Sundek without hesitation. more

You couldn't do better! 11/7/2013

I would definitely use Sundek of Washington again! I originally hired another company to come and put down new concrete, but they messed it all up. I called Sundek of Washington, and they came and did a beautiful job fixing the mess. Debbie was great and handled everything beautifully. She was here when I needed her. The worker who did the job also bent over backwards to correct the bad work left behind. Everything went perfectly, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. more

Good product. 11/6/2013

We had some cracking in the finishing that required more work--chipping and stuff. Sundek of Washington came back and fixed it for more money. Right now, we're still holding out. My architect got involved to assist in planning what would be the best way to fix the repairs. We worked out those details and the repair was done. We're still excited about our deck. It did get wet when it rained and became slippery, so they had to come out and apply another application. I think some of these things should have been thought through prior to application. It appears to be good product, though, and we would like to continue to use it. The product should always be incorporated into the new concrete and not after the concrete has cured for best results. Overall, it was very, very good. 10/18/2013

The job went well. Sundek of Washington never showed up until ten or eleven in the morning to start working, though. That's not what we expect when we have someone coming to our home to do work. Sometimes they were here until six or eight at night as well. I know that whoever was coming out had a long drive, but that's not our problem. We didn't want people with power tools running late into the evening. Otherwise, it went great. I'd recommend anyone give them a try. more

Satisfied. 10/7/2013

Syndek of Washington did a deck for me. Everything ended up great. The workers were very professional, very good, and knew what needed to be done. As a matter of fact, right after they completed the job, a storm came in and washed away some of their work. They told me they would come back and redo everything and they did! It was a perfect job. They did exactly what they said they would. I wasn't disappointed at all. more

Sundek of Washington were very responsive. They listen to the customer. We needed corrective action, and they took it willingly in a very helpful manner. We've used them twice now, with the initial experience occurring four years ago. I would advise anyone to use them if they have the need. more

Very sensitive to privacy and attentive to detail 9/6/2013

With Sundek of Washington, the sales end of it went really well. We met with a gentleman named Ross and he was really upfront. I later was able to work out a discount which worked out great. He scheduled it and even though it slipped once, they did the job in two days instead of five. I think the area was 1200 feet square. It's a great product--we love it. more

Very neat work. Deck stains too easily and difficult to clean. 8/31/2013

My deck stains way too easily with leaves, dirt, tree droppings even when I brush them off daily. I would like for someone to come and showme how to best clean the decking. more

The experience was great. Your sales rep, Ross, was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations. One in particular was to add a drain where we had had water accumulate before. He stopped in to make sure the men were doing a good job and followed through with a walk through at the completion. The crew were excellent workers, were polite, neat and steady. We are quite pleased with the results. more

We are very happy with our new pool deck! The workmanship is great and so far the product is holding up beautifully. There was one major problem that affected our pool and we have been assured that Sundek will take care of the repairs. I will re-post with the final review when the repairs are done. more

Professional organization and the product sells it self 8/19/2013

This is our third time using Sundek. They completely redid our deck four or five years ago around our swimming pool. There were a couple of issues with the chaulking bubbling up due to the heat so they had to take it out and do it all over again. But I think it was because of the weather, not their fault in particular. I think they have a beautiful product that enhances the look of the swimming pool. The product works well, looks good, feels good and the team is really good. more

Very happy with the service and the product. 8/2/2013

Sundek of Washington installed the sundeck about five years ago and it had begun to bump against a wall in the yard and was cracking and needed to be replaced. They came in and repaired the problem areas and resurfaced them. Then they restained, touched up, put sealer on the whole yard. It was incredibly reasonably priced. I was impressed by the customer rep who came out to inspect the problem. He immediately told us what needed to happen and the quote he gave us was incredible. He realized there might have been a mistake when they first installed it and they rectified it. I am really appreciative of that. more

I would give them a 6 out of 5. Sundek did good work on the patio. They had to come back once because it was so slick, but they fixed it to my satisfaction. That is all you can ask for. I haven't had it that long, but I think the quality is good. It seems like a good product. I would use them again if I had another project. more
