The guy at the front desk at iStorage of Smithville was very helpful. He not only helped me, but also other people who were there the day I was. I was going to rent a truck for a day but then realized I didn't need it that particular day. So the front desk guy actually ran out of the door to let a girl who had just left know she could go ahead and have it. A lot of people would have just let it go and done nothing!
