The owner is not a kind person.\r
At first this seems like an awesome place for new and used parts for your PC. When it comes to selection, these guys have pretty much everything. The downside is that you will be treated terribly if the owner is in the store. Most of the staff is especially rude except for one elderly man who will gladly swap stories. The owner and his other employees however, will treat you with blatant contempt and disrespect. If you buy a part from them that does not work out for you, returning it will cost you 25% in ""restocking fees"" but don't expect to be told that upon purchase or on your receipt. When I had an issue with my system I asked the owner if he would take a look at it (I brought it with me) but he just said ""no"" and sent me out. DONT GO HERE. Especially if you're a beginner looking for solid advice from the experts.
