My pet Diego went in for an exam and a tooth issue. When I arrived to pick him up, I paid and waited a long time before I was told that Diego got hurt. Apparently, he had cut his leg but no one knew why or how this happened. They sent Diego home with a bandage on his leg and a prescription for Tramadol. My poor dog was in pain all night and could not walk. When they called to follow-up on Diego I told them he was in discomfort and could not walk. I was told to bring him in. When I did, the vet took the bandages off and Diego had a cut so deep that his tissue was exposed. The vet advised he would need to take Diego and stitch him up. Aside from being upset that no one could explain to me why Diego was hurt, I did not appreciate the nurse having a defensive attitude with my daughter when she questioned her and asked if a investigation would be done to figure out what had happened.
