Please do not take your pet here. 11/23/2013

My pet Diego went in for an exam and a tooth issue. When I arrived to pick him up, I paid and waited a long time before I was told that Diego got hurt. Apparently, he had cut his leg but no one knew why or how this happened. They sent Diego home with a bandage on his leg and a prescription for Tramadol. My poor dog was in pain all night and could not walk. When they called to follow-up on Diego I told them he was in discomfort and could not walk. I was told to bring him in. When I did, the vet took the bandages off and Diego had a cut so deep that his tissue was exposed. The vet advised he would need to take Diego and stitch him up. Aside from being upset that no one could explain to me why Diego was hurt, I did not appreciate the nurse having a defensive attitude with my daughter when she questioned her and asked if a investigation would be done to figure out what had happened. The vet was nice and tolerated our irritability. Regardless, this is unacceptable. I am still wa more

If You Love Your Cat... 10/26/2011

Horrible place! My experience with them before was good, but on 10/5/11, I took my cat in for a 3-year rabies shot, warning the vet that he hated shots. It took the vet three times to give the shot: The first time, I don't know what she was doing, but my cat screamed in pain as I was holding him, and he bit into my thumb. The vet leaves, saying she didn't give him a shot, but would be right back with an assistant to hold my pet. When she returned, I was washing my thumb and watched the vet put the needle right through my cat's leg and the serum poured out on the table. She didn't even notice until I yelled, "What are you doing, the needle's through the leg!". She apologized, rushed back to get another dose, which she finally got in. My cat screamed again. The vet was more concerned about filling out the insurance paper than she was about the well-being of my cat, saying, oh, he'll limp for a little bit, but if you see swelling bring him right back. Not only was this incompetency at it more

Heaven help your Pet 7/28/2008

The vet said my dog had a virus. After 2 weeks of force feeding her, the vet said keep force feeding her. I went to another vet. That vet took x-rays and found 2 tumors. Problem was she was too weak by then to have surgery. Go here only for your pet's shots. Anything more, run to another vet. more
