Ordered three birthday cakes for a big birthday party. All three were Italian Rum cakes, but each had different fillings. One daughter's favorite is cannoli & custard filling, the next daughter likes strawberries and cream filling, and our grandson had chocolate and cream filling. All three were great. Actually, everyone had to have three small pieces of cake because they could not decide which cake to have and they wanted all three!! That's a great cake. We only go to St. Lucie Bakery for all our baked goods. No sense in going to any other. I want fresh baked and fresh whip cream. No frozen stuff there! Happy Holidays.
