St Lucie Bakery

Ordered three birthday cakes for a big birthday party. All three were Italian Rum cakes, but each had different fillings. One daughter's favorite is cannoli & custard filling, the next daughter likes strawberries and cream filling, and our grandson had chocolate and cream filling. All three were great. Actually, everyone had to have three small pieces of cake because they could not decide which cake to have and they wanted all three!! That's a great cake. We only go to St. Lucie Bakery for all our baked goods. No sense in going to any other. I want fresh baked and fresh whip cream. No frozen stuff there! Happy Holidays. more

After reading the editors review in the paper a few weeks ago, I had to find this place. Wow! It is heaven. I had such a difficult time trying to decide. Wow...just moved to the area from new York a few months ago and our neighbors welcomed us with a delicious box of pastries from St. lucie Bakery. I felt right at home. I cannot resist true Italian Baked goods like I remember from the New York Bakeries. The Italian Cookie Trays, Cannolis, Breads, Cakes for all occasons with or with rum, stop in for a cuppochino or expresso and biscotti. The best Wedding cakes, grooms cakes, birthday, christening, Jewish occasions, Easter, You name it, they have it. Every thing is baked excellent and has a touch of love. They also do catering now, and have ""dinners for 2 to go"" . Stop on your way home from work pick up your dinners to go, add a delicious dessert and you are set for the evening. If you want real Italian cookies and pastries then you have to go to St. Lucie Bakery. I purchase all of my goodies there. The absolute best wedding cakes. The pastries are just like I remember when I was a kid in NY. A trip to St Lucie Baker is worth it and worth the price! Pros: Just off US1 and Pt St Lucie Blvd. Cons: It's busy in their especially at the holiday, but well worth the wait! more
