The beginning of our relationship with PrintScan Solutions was rocky, but it's been better since we have actually been working at it. They've done better servicing us and their timeliness has been better.
We've just been using them for a couple of months. The customer service is satisfactory. Whether they're a fit depends on what your needs are and what kind of copier you have.
