Being a small and (rapidly) growing company, purchasing "new" office equipment is not always practical. PrintScan Solutions made it possible for us to upgrade our printer capabilities at an affordable price. Business was conducted as promised what, where, when & who. Once delivered, set up and networked, the printer needed a few adjustments. No problem! Jon and Chris were at the ready and our printer is meeting everyone's expectations. The staff here really appreciates having access to more sophisticated print/copy/scan/email capabilities. Definitely would recommend PrintScan Solutions! more

Friendly service and strong technical expertise 1/8/2014

I had a very positive experience with this company. I had purchased a copier/printer from Jon and he went out of his way to meet a tight deadline I gave him. He not only got me set up but he also took the time to help me understand how to use my new device. more

Very satisfied 12/13/2013

PrintScan Solutions came promptly to the office when our Xerox machine was down and fixed the issue immediately. This was my first time using them and everything turned out great. I would recommend them for fast, efficient service. more

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Print Scan Solutions DBA as Affordable Used Copiers for approximately a year. In that time frame our company has experienced company growth and a relocation. And each time our company evolved a copier servicing was warranted. Jon (the owner) and his service team of professionals have always taken the time to give our account that personalized TLC that was needed to remedy a problem or to answer a question. You just do not see that type of dedication and customer service these days; which is why they have our business today. The owner is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to get a job done...big or small you always feel like your account is #1. Feels rather nice to know that I can call them and our business needs will be addressed in a timely manner and with a smile. more

I used PrintScanSolutions.com / AffordableUsedCopiers.com when I was looking for a new printer. I wanted a good quality product at the best deal possible. Jon was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I mostly dealt with him over the phone. I already had a certain model in mind, but he was able to save me a little money by suggesting a less expensive models that would exceed my needs. He sent me a link to the manufacturer website, so I could see what he was talking about. I told him I had a check for him on a Thursday, and by the next day, he was able to deliver it. In the end , I got exactly what I was looking for in a very short amount of time. Jon is a hardworking person who is not out to scam anybody. I would recommend his business. more

Fast and friendly service, reliable and knowledgeable technicians. 11/20/2013

I needed to purchase multiple copier machines for my company and John worked hard to find me the best quality machines possible at a great price. John acted as a consultant to me as he gave me a brief education on what machines are best for what situation, what to look for in a good machine and why. I also have a service agreement with his company and the pricing and coverage are very fair. When I need any support, John's technicians respond quickly to any service call and always understands both the problem and solutions. AAA company, I would recommend to anyone in need of the services PrintScan Solutions offer. more

The beginning of our relationship with PrintScan Solutions was rocky, but it's been better since we have actually been working at it. They've done better servicing us and their timeliness has been better. We've just been using them for a couple of months. The customer service is satisfactory. Whether they're a fit depends on what your needs are and what kind of copier you have. Jon was very helpful in my search for a nice used printer for my office. He gave me the best deal I came across and I shopped around throughout the valley for a few weeks. They have the lowest prices in town.. Very helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Couldn't ask for a better company to do business with. Cost-effective and responsive. 11/19/2013

We do a large volume of printing. We like that we are able to do that at a cheaper cost with PrintScanSolutions.com / AffordableUsedCopiers.com than we would if we went to a place to get the copies printed. So we enjoy that service. Their customer service is good. They are very prompt at getting back to us and getting any potential problems solved. We've been using their service for two or three moths now. They're a good business to do business with. more
