I was referred to Masello's by long-term customers and for the past two years or so, I've been a happy camper, as well. The service has been quick yet thorough. I feel comfortable that they honestly address the situation at hand along with my options for repair (when there are options). They are sensitive to cost and schedule maintenance over time to make it manageable. They are also sensitive to the fact that I have one car and getting there and back can be challenging. The rides are essential. Finally, Tony and the other staff I have met have all been what I consider "real people" -- very pleasant and down to earth. Combine that with their professionalism and expertise and that goes a long way with me.
