I used SJ Equine for 13 plus years as loyal customer. They sent a new vet over who floated my horses teeth and fractured her jaw during the procedure. This is when their true customer service skills showed. I called letting them know and Dr. Newman was defensive and rude. He did not ask how my horse was or even say sorry. Just told me to contact a lawyer. Which was never my intention. I just wanted the new DVM to be taught correctly so no other horse is injured. I would never recommend their services. They have no customer service skills and no compassion for a family and horse they have known and taken care of for years. Do not use SJ equine associates - they won't be there when you need them.
