As a physician and a runner, I was looking for something I could do that would be good for cross-training and I found it at ILoveKickboxing. Since starting classes a year ago, I have increased my strength and flexibility for running and have also learned some awesome kickboxing skills! The classes are fun and the comraderie is exhilarating. I also love that it is great for everyone no matter what kind of shape you are in because you can alter the intensity of the workout to match your fitness level. The staff are amazing and the music is rockin'. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed
