Since starting classes a year ago, I have increased my strength and flexibility for running and have also learned some awesome kickboxing skills! The classes are fun and the comraderie is exhilarating. I also love that it is great for everyone no matter what kind of shape you are in because you can alter the intensity of the workout to match your fitness level. The sidekicks family martial arts centers is a great place to be at. All ages from 3 to even 50 year olds will enjoy the focus and fitness driven classes. Children really excel in learning self-defense and self-discipline in a fun environment. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and driven in teaching everyone there, including parents into how to make the best character. They even have extra programs like kickboxing and Krav Maga, and other free-friday seminars, so this place is really dedicated to self-defense.
