I currently live in the San Moritz apartments. The apartments look very nice, but are very cheap. You don't want to live below anyone, unless you want to hear them walking, coughing and going to the bathroom. The inside doors don't close properly, some light switches are located unusually far inside the wall. Just feels weird. The pretend tile linoleum floors. And fees for everything. I always clean up after my dog. There are those dog owners that don't and I cleaned up after those dogs too. After stepping in yet another poo, I complained to management and received a $75 fine on my door the next day for not cleaning up after my dog. I promptly marched over and explained that I was the one who reported the problem. He hemmed and hawed and said ""oh it's because we don't have immunization record or pic. of your dog"". They had absolutely everything they asked for before they will let you move in. So nice one. They did removed the fine. But I was not impressed with management. Yeah rents are high and what they are calling luxury apartment homes, they are not. Oh, and one more thing, there is a spot light over my bedroom window, that makes it seem like it never gets dark.
