I filed a grievance with my insurance carrier. Suddenly...my Doctor' medical assistant, the one who's policy seems to involve not returning my call, had turned into just about the nicest person. He was kind, attentive and re-affirming. \r
I used these types of reviews as evidence to prove their lack of professionalism. \r
I think the reception area just needed some enlightening. They must have fired the former manager.\r
My Doctor is David Musicant and he's the best. I had no intent of leaving this office, and am glad to see improvements.
