In one word? Wonderful. My friend has a bad back and has a recliner with a remote control. The remote stopped working, without it the chair won't recline. As the chair is under warranty, we called the manufacturer and were told it would be a 12 week wait to get a new controller. As that was unacceptable, we took it to Leader TV to see if they could fix it. Not only did they fix it, they fixed it that day because of my friend's back problem.
