Wow, what a company. When we purchased this spa the salesman didn't ""sell"" this spa to us. He explained the technology and inner workings of spas and the reasons why some things are better than others per your situation, needs and wants. We had done much research on spas and found the salesman to be spot on with his information and he even taught us a few things about water, chemicals and the jets used on different spas. \r

Just a week before our lovely new spa was to arrive I was told I had cancer and would need surgery. I was crushed. I had waiting 15 years for this spa and was looking forward to using it. It was delivered on Tuesday and the hot tub had to be craned into our back yard (done effortlessly I might add). We hooked it up the next day. However, once it was connected we couldn't get it working. When I called Black Pine Spas they walked me through many things to try but it still wouldn't work. I was told it would be the beginning of the next week before they could get someone out to fix it. Since my surgery was scheduled for the next Tuesday, in my mind all was lost. I wouldn't be using my new spa for three months. The gal that was scheduling the appointment heard the distress in my voice and asked if there was a problem. I explained the situation and told her I had waiting 15 yrs to get this spa and had wanted one weekend in it before I was banned from it for months. Low and behold a very kind Tech, Rafugio drove from Edmonds down to Tacoma to get my spa running for the weekend, and it was Halloween night! I have never had service quite like this before. I will be telling anyone who will listen how wonderful this company is. Thank you Black Pine Spas for such wonderful service!\r
