I filled out a pick-up request for the 18th on the internet. \r
Received confirmation via email that they would contact me shortly\r
The called the evening of the 18th to confirm pick-up.\r
I told them it was too late--went with someone else. \r
Person on phone asked me to send email back cancelling order--I did\r
She then called me to say full refund. \r
Then her dispatcher called--said they needed $199 cancellation fee--said they had a pick-up\r
I asked when--they said the 21st--which was not the 18th \r
when I told them we went with company x--they insisted company x could not pick up our car on the 19th. he kept bullying me to go with him and cancel company x. \r
I went with company x and they picked up my car on the 19th!\r
He then charged me a $199 cancellation fee--which is what you sign up for if you fill out a request on line --even if they don't meet the date you asked for--sounds like a one-way deal to me--Montways!
