I will agree with the other ratings as far as a quick response and a very good tech. Tim was patient and professional. He was able to identify the problem quickly and made sure everything was checked. My only problem was the price the company charged a 500precent mark up. It would have cost me over $200 more to repair my hotwater heater then to buy a new one. I feel that was completely unreasonable and would never call again.
